We provide complimentary toiletries, such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue, that increase your home's desirability. We have high-quality standards for housekeeping and guest services personnel and monitor our standards continuously for higher guest satisfaction.

We coordinate cabin cleaning and handle payroll for cleaning staff.

Guest reviews: We reply to guest reviews, good or bad so that all guests feel heard and are encouraged to become repeat customers. Reviews are published as is, which is why we do everything within our power to give the guest a positive experience.

Hot tubs are drained, cleaned, and refilled for each guest included in the cleaning cost paid by guests, any repairs required are handled by us and owners are charged the maintenance cost of supplies only.

Revenue and Tax Management

We know everyone hates paperwork so we do our part by putting in the leg work to give you a clear readout of your revenue and are able to file your taxes in an orderly manner by:
Sending out monthly revenue and expense reports with a check by the 5th of the following month.
Preparing and managing the filing of lodging taxes for you each month at the correct tax rate so you comply with local tax laws via My Lodge Tax Services. My Lodge tax helps to ensure licensing and paying of appropriate taxes.
We prepare your 1099 tax forms and expense tracking of repairs and maintenance so you can file your taxes with confidence.
